Positives: I'm hoping this course can help me find a better job/career. The majors are interesting and diverse, but choose wisely, as some are more in demand (data, security, development) than others (games, systems, multimedia).

Negatives: The course is costly as I'm an int'l student. Some things aren't as hands on as I hoped.

My advice to future students is: be prepared to do plenty of extra practice for some of the subjects.

Positives: Interesting aspects of the course as I enjoy learning about tourism and managing events.
I like also being able to study 'core business subjects' as this gives me a range of knowledge in the business industry.

For example, I like being able to learn a bit about marketing and accounting in my degree

Negatives: there aren't many jobs available in Adelaide for event management and tourism would most likely include leaving Adelaide as well.
Some of the courses seem pointless like 'Business and Society'
I also don't like the fact that exams are worth up to 50% of my grade for the subject.

My advice to future students is: I would advise them to choose a different degree that offers more pathways for career options or to choose this degree as a double degree

Positives: This course has great pathways as business and marketing are required components for many jobs.

It is perfect for students that are not fully aware of what job they would like to obtain in the future and this course includes all the core business subjects (accounting, law, economics, maths, management, marketing etc).
The content is very interesting and i have learnt a broad understanding of many business related topics.

Negatives: This degree has exams for almost every subject that are worth between 50% and 60% of the final grade for each subject. This is a negative aspect as having to remember all the course content under pressure can be very stressful and can either make or break your final grade for the suject.

My advice to future students is: Keeping on top of lectures and assignments is the key to succeeding in this course. There are not many assessments compared to other courses however these assessments are worth a large portion of the overall grade so it is advised to spend a lot of time on them and not to smash them out the night before.

My advice to future students is: If you have real interest towards medicines and Science, then only apply. You need to play with your brain.

Positives: The salary of a registered pharmacist after this course is awesome. This course is worth doing than other 4 year courses if you are interested in science and medicines.

Negatives: Course is too long and lots to remember as you are going to play with someone’s life in future. Fees are comparatively high too.

My advice to future students is: Don’t think much about fees as you will be able to recover that in just a year. This course has a lot to learn and advance. Worth doing
