Positives: The course provides a firm foundation of managerial skills when working in the corporal and industrial industries. The lecturers understood provided real life examples and the small class sizes provided ample opportunities for students to ask questions and the class to look at real life situations.
Negatives: This Masters degree was by coursework. As a result while it might have been a Masters degree it really was suitable for individuals who were already in their respective industries as trainers and assessors. In addition, as it was a degree through course work it does not provide the necessary requirements if one is seeking to undertake a doctorate degree in the future.
My advice to future students is: The best advice i could give is to ensure you understand why you are doing this course. If you are undertaking this course to increase your skills for a work position you are already involved with, great. However, this course does not provide for the ability to change careers or undertake further study.
Positives: Being able to learn about something that you are passionate about! Really getting involved in the whole course itself
Negatives: The travel to and from uni
My advice to future students is: Take advantage of every opportunity you get given
