Positives: They have rich resources for you to study, such as extra e-materials readings to learn. Also, The tutors and lecturers are very supportive. I had got alot of help from the staff. When I have somethings I want to clarify, for my understanding of knowledge, I will make a appointment or send a email, and they are quite responsive and helpful.

Also, there are quite a few placements opportunities provided you to have a real learning environment. For me, I have nearly failed my placement for twice due to health condition and some communication barriers when doing the placement. However, the uni gave a alot of support and try to arrange the best the placement and english support as they can. I really appreciate with their help.

Negatives: To study in this course, starting in year 2, you will only have lecture and workshop for the nursing skills unit. These kind of lectures and workshops are hard to learn much from. As you really need to have a great amount of time of self learning and getting yourself really well-prepared when in the class in uni, so that you can know really what the tutor are talking about. Also, in this course, they are very intense course as they only are three years course. So it gets you very stressful when studying in this course. e.g. They will arrange you a tight schedule of placements, that will makes you have no any breaks, for me, I had two blocks of placement, following that was my exam, so no actual break for my studying.

My advice to future students is: I suggest that you need to really enjoy in nursing otherwise you will very likely feeling overwhelmed as there are lots of stuffs you need to remember. If you have no interested in the human biological, chemical and communicate with people, you will find it a hardship with your studying. However, If you are ready for the course, I think you will enjoy that as it is very achievable when you out for placement.
