Positive - really good lecturers and tutors, thorough content
Negative - at Macquarie (for speech pathology) you have to do 3 year undergrad and then qualify for 2 year masters, whereas at other unis (such as ACU, USyd, UON) you can do a 4 year undergrad and graduate with Honors so you are qualified when you graduate

My advice to future students is: If you are doing the course because you want to do audiology then it is worthwhile but if you are looking to do speech pathology I would recommend going to a uni where you graduate qualified

Positives: the tutorials are engaging with good well knowing teachers to always answer your questions
The course content is fairly relative to what you want to be learning and it is set out well to go week by week

Negatives: I suppose there could be more time given for quizzes and assignments and it should be more online off campus accessible

My advice to future students is: go for it if your thinking of staying in the area it’s offered at. Speech pathology is such a good field of study to do
