Positives: The animal and agriculture subjects are fun and interesting. The labs in which the experiments or science workshops are done in are well equipped and it’s very enjoyable.
Negatives: As with most unis, sometimes you have to to electives when you just want to get on with your coursework. You have to do two chemistry subjects and a maths one as well.
My advice to future students is: Try to make friends early on so you don’t end up feeling lonely, and so you can have people to study with! Much better than alone. Pay attention in your labs as a lot of the content is taught there in a practical way to help you understand all the concepts. And don’t forget your lab coat or goggles because they charge you for a rental now!
