Positives: In the later years there are a lot of electives to choose from and you can really do whatever you want

Negatives: Lecturers aren’t great in some subjects, some are international with accents very hard to understand, subjects first year very business generic not overly specific

My advice to future students is: Make full use of Moodle and try to ask questions of the lecturers; also the textbooks are extremely important

I did this course when it was part of Monash University.

Positives: One of the positive aspects I found from the course was the extra tutoring group they offered to students who were having trouble with Anatomy & Physiology especially the pathophysiology part. This subject I found was the hardest, I had to repeat this subject because it was so complex to understand and I found the tutoring group really helped because other students also had this common problem.

Negatives: Maybe some of the subjects/units that were compulsory but personally I found they didn't really benefit the course.

My advice to future students is: Mentally prepare yourself especially in your first year of study. And be prepared to sacrifice most of your time to extra study at home.

Small university so some lecturers are readily available often. On the contrary, some lecturers have extremely poor communication skills and can take weeks to return calls & emails. All courses are taught online so good if you have other commitments. Good practical lab facilities.

My advice to future students is: Make use of all the facilities available. And your lecturers are a very valuable resource!

Positives: The course offers a lot of hands on work and support. And it also offers long placements so you really have a chance to learn and get to know the students and staff

Negatives: You are mixed with students from 4th to first years so you often struggle trying to understand things

My advice to future students is: Ask as many questions as you can. And write as many of tour referances down somewhere so you can reuse them
